This contract is directly with Oraclenotes.com and the advertiser.
We provide the location and you provide the rest. You select the
location, duration, type of campaign, and your banner "owns"
the location for the duration of the contract.

For those that would like to advertise with Oraclenotes.com,
but require reports, rotations or the ability to setup a targeted
multi-site campagin we use the Tribal
Fusion Marketplace.
Running
campaigns in the Tribal Fusion marketplace would follow the steps

Browse
the Marketplace: Browse the categories in our marketplace
by clicking the Ad Marketplace button above. For each category,
we provide valuable information about available inventory and
pricing.
- Get
an Account:
Fill out the Join form to establish an account with us. When you
are ready to configure and place campaigns, you will first need
to add money to your account by using a credit card or sending
us a check.
- Upload
Your Campaign's Banners: Use a simple form to upload your
campaign's banners.
- Configure
Your Flights: Once we approve your campaign for the marketplace,
we step out of your way, and give you complete control over configuring
and running flights in any category or on any web site. You can
spend as little as $25, and will get immediate real time reports
on your flight's performance.
- Review
Performance Reports: Evaluate your flight's performance, and
use this information to determine how to configure and target
your next flight.
